INDIVIDUAL THERAPY

A collaborative approach to therapy

Sometimes making room is enough for what was already there to become visible.

People seek therapy for many reasons. Sometimes there's a clear event or challenge that brings us to that decision. Other times, something simply doesn't feel quite right, and we're not entirely sure why.

You don't need to have the answers before beginning.

I work with adults navigating relationships, life transitions, anxiety, grief, self-worth and self-acceptance, and the uncertainties that can accompany different seasons of life.

Our work begins with your experiences, your needs, and what feels important to you.

What working together may look like

My approach is individualized and collaborative, drawing from several therapeutic perspectives, including cognitive behavioral, mindfulness-based, compassion-focused, interpersonal, and relational therapies.

Our conversations may involve exploring patterns, understanding emotional responses, considering different perspectives, or developing practical skills for navigating everyday challenges.

Sometimes therapy involves finding ways to make changes. Sometimes it involves understanding why change feels difficult or discovering what we need before we're ready to take another step. There is room for both.

A Note About Clinical Documentation

Being fully present with you during our conversations is important to me. To support that, I use SimplePractice’s AI-assisted note-taking technology as part of my clinical documentation process. It helps prepare draft notes, which I personally review and finalize.

I believe in being transparent about how I work, and I’ll provide information about the technology, privacy protections, and informed consent before we begin working together.
